Shipping policy

Local Cairo Orders

For orders in Cairo, we have our own trusted service man who arranges a suitable time for drop off with each customer. Once customers are contacted, an arrangement is made for the order to be submitted in the following 72 hours.

International Orders

For orders outside of Cairo - including international orders - we use DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your email, to track your order on the DHL website. Depending on your location, the order takes between 1-7 days to get to you.

Customs 

Woodpecker is not responsible for any additional fees demanded and/or requested by the customs of your shipped-to country. 

Invoice

All orders shipped with DHL include an invoice for customs. If for any reason you require an additional customized invoice to accompany your order with specific details and/or labels, kindly make sure to contact us on orders@shop-woodpecker.com once your order has been placed (or before it is dispatched) to get it prepared, signed and shipped with your order.
