Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return and Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Once approved, your full payment will be returned EXCLUDING delivery fees incurred.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shop-woodpecker.com. Please note to return your order, you could either send your order to our address in New Cairo to avoid additional delivery fees, or our service man could come to your address for the return, however a delivery fee will be paid. A team member will contact you for your preference.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can deal with the issue at hand immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or products with personalized text). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 10 days of receiving your order. To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@shop-woodpecker.com . If the item you are exchanging costs more than your replacement item, we will return the difference. If the item you are exchanging costs less than your replacement item, you must pay the difference.
